My original deck list was inspired from a friend of mine Blake St Sauver granted my original take on his list was flawed Mikey and Yugular helped me refine it and now the list you see there is what I'm using now with the exception of 3 cards in the sideboard Where Mikey Uses Dispel I use Grip of Amnesia because I see just a few more Graveyard Shenanigans and I also can utilize Blue Elemental Blast where Mikey has to use Hydroblast. To apaulogy I will strive to be more like Mikey LOL J/K but I am glad you find what we do just a little entertaining.

TBH, I really can't stand the Unglued lands.
On your 2nd point, I really hope they figure out a way for a reprint. Unfortunately, throwing out a promo won't drop the price. It didn't work for Pernicious Deed or Vindicate, so I doubt a promo will work for Force either.
Cool lists and you obviously put a lot of work into this. Two comments:
1. For me, full art lands go Unglued > Zendikar Full Art > Unhinged. Although that's maybe because I used Unhinged lands for so long I finally got tired of them. :)
2. I'll second the comment for Wizards to figure out what they're going to do with Force of Will reprints. I'd really like to play Legacy online, but I don't really want to jump into a format where a $400 play set creates a barrier to getting enough players for a viable format.
They have admitted the design mistake over and over though. MaRo and Aaron Forsythe have both said that he should have cost 1 more green mana.
Just saying, it is hard to call something a design mistake out of one side of your mouth and then to reprint it out of the other.
I do not disagree that it should be made more available. It also would be nice to play something in standard that was large and didn't cost 6 or have "Titan" in the name (or Wurmcoil). I also think you underestimate how warping it would be. Regardless of the lack of fetch lands, Ghost Quarter is played to nerf Kessig Wolf Run, Nephalia Drownyard, and Moorland Haunt. There are playable planeswalkers. He may not be a 5/6 on t3, but he will out class stuff faster than you think.
I hope I am wrong.
Tarmorack, Elves, GBx decks did run him to a great effect when he was in standard also. When Ravnica cycled and he lost Bob, he then overlapped with Thoughtseize, the initial Planeswalker run, and "Tribal" cards. I think he was good in standard.
I completely disagree that Goyf would be to powerful for standard.
1. We don't have fetch lands and ghost quarter isn't enough to get there.
2. We have Dismember
3. He wasn't that great in standard the first time, he won't be great now either.
4. He is really good in Legacy because of a blue splash protecting him. And if no one believes me there, then why does Maverick decks only run him as a one of and instead runs Knight of the Reliquary as a 3-4x. Standard couldn't run UG with much consistency due to the manabase.
He can and should be reprinted. I own a playset for paper and mtgo and seriously have no problem with the reprint.

I would like to suggest Rhystic Study, Rush of Knowledge, Disrupt, and Train of Thought as possible draw spells.
Rush is a good 6 cards for 5 mana, with a Spire Golem in play.
BTW you have 5 Serrated Arrows and no Spire Golems listed in your deck.

I like the geist but it is no Sphinx sadly. Stupid power level difference there I am afraid. Even so I agree it does have merit in a budget build.
A possible budget replacement could be Sturmgeist, its big, it flies, and it can draw you cards.
